Display and performance

The Lenovo LOQ 25-10 features a 24.5-inch IPS panel with 1920 x 1080 resolution and a native 280Hz refresh rate, which Lenovo says delivers smoother motion and more fluid visuals in fast-paced games. According to Gizmochina, the panel offers a 1ms GtG response time at its highest overdrive setting.

A dedicated esports mode enables a 0.5ms MPRT response time to reduce motion blur during fast-paced gameplay and rapid camera movements. The monitor also supports AMD FreeSync Premium and VESA Adaptive-Sync to prevent screen tearing when frame rates fluctuate.

Lenovo says the panel covers 99% of the sRGB colour gamut and uses 8-bit + FRC to simulate 10-bit colour depth. Brightness is rated at 300 nits (typical) with a 1100:1 static contrast ratio. It accepts an HDR10 signal but has no local dimming hardware, and Gizmochina notes that with 300 nits peak brightness it will not provide a noticeable high dynamic range experience.

Ports, design and stand

Connectivity includes one DisplayPort 1.4 and two HDMI 2.1 TMDS ports. The design has thin bezels on three sides and an anti-glare coating with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

The included stand supports only tilt adjustment from -5 to 22 degrees, with no height, pivot or swivel. There are no built-in speakers, and the rear includes 100 x 100mm VESA mounting holes for a third-party monitor arm.

Positioning

At 599 yuan (about $90), the Lenovo LOQ 25-10 is positioned as an ultra-affordable option for high refresh rate gaming at 1080p.
