Vivo's Y32 5G is a distinct model from the Vivo Y32 4G that launched on 7 October 2026. It replaces the Unisoc chip with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, adds 5G, and comes in a rugged build with an 8,000mAh battery and IP69 protection. ## Vivo Y32 5G durability leads the package This one is built to take a beating. You get IP68 and IP69 for dust and water, plus MIL-STD-810H certification and SGS five-star drop resistance. That's not just splash proof. It means it can handle high-pressure jets and hard drops, which you don't see often at this price. Colors get messy depending on where you look. According to Gizmochina and Beebom Gadgets, Vivo lists it in **Dawn Gold** and **Midnight Black**. According to 91Mobiles, the Nepal listing shows **Sunset Orange** and **Twilight Red** instead. ## Vivo Y32 5G display trades resolution for smoothness Up front there's a **6.87-inch LCD** with **1592 x 720-pixel HD+** resolution, **120Hz** refresh rate, up to **1,300 nits** peak brightness, and TÜV Rheinland low blue light certification. Scrolling looks fluid and you can actually see it outdoors. But stretch HD+ across nearly 6.9 inches and you will notice the softness if you've used a Full HD+ panel. You also get stereo speakers and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. ## Vivo Y32 5G performance and software Inside it's the **4nm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2** with **LPDDR4X RAM** and **UFS 2.2 storage**. There's a microSD slot that takes cards up to **2TB** and you can add up to **6GB** of virtual RAM. It ships with **OriginOS 6 based on Android 16**. Variants are inconsistent across listings. According to Gizmochina and My Mobile India, there's a single **6GB + 128GB** model. According to 91Mobiles, Nepal gets three: **4GB + 128GB**, **6GB + 128GB** and **6GB + 256GB**. Beebom Gadgets also lists up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Same story for wireless. Most listings cite **Wi-Fi 5** and **Bluetooth 5.1**, while Beebom Gadgets reports **Bluetooth 5.4**. ## Vivo Y32 5G battery and charging are the headline The battery is the reason this phone exists. It has an 8,000mAh cell with fast wired and reverse charging. It's not quite the 10,000mAh cell in the new Vivo Y600, but it's close and in a cheaper 5G body. Pair that capacity with an HD+ 120Hz LCD and a frugal 4nm chip and on paper, it should run for days on light use. Think chats, feeds, and video. Push 5G and max brightness and that will drop, as always. ## Vivo Y32 5G cameras and extra features Camera setup is simple. A **50-megapixel** main sensor with a **2-megapixel** helper on the back, and an **8-megapixel** front camera. You also get NFC, dual-SIM 5G, GPS and USB-C 2.0. ## Vivo Y32 5G price and availability show conflicting reports | Variant | Nepal Price (NPR) | Approx. India Price | | --- | --- | --- | | 4GB + 128GB | NPR 39,999 | ₹25,000 | | 6GB + 128GB | NPR 45,999 | ₹28,600 | | 6GB + 256GB | NPR 52,999 | ₹33,000 | According to 91Mobiles, the Vivo Y32 5G is already official in Nepal. According to 91Mobiles, that Nepal pricing from NPR 39,999 (approx. ₹25,000) for the 4GB + 128GB variant means its converted price matches rivals like the Vivo Y31t 5G and OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite 5G in India. Beebom Gadgets reports the Vivo Y32 5G as listed in Bangladesh. Vivo hasn't announced India pricing or sale date yet. ## Vivo Y32 5G Full Specifications | Specification | Details | | --- | --- | | Display | 6.87-inch LCD, 1592 x 720 pixels (HD+), 120Hz, up to 1,300 nits, TÜV Rheinland low blue light | | Processor | Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 (4nm) | | RAM / Storage | Up to 6GB LPDDR4X, up to 256GB UFS 2.2; microSD up to 2TB; up to 6GB virtual RAM | | Software | OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 | | Rear Cameras | 50MP main + 2MP auxiliary | | Front Camera | 8MP | | Battery | 8,000mAh, 44W wired fast charging, 7.5W reverse charging; company claims >80% health after 1,500 cycles | | Durability | IP68/IP69, MIL-STD-810H, SGS five-star drop resistance | | Audio / Security | Stereo speakers, side-mounted fingerprint scanner | | Connectivity | 5G, NFC, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1 (Beebom Gadgets reports Bluetooth 5.4), USB-C 2.0 | | Colours | Dawn Gold / Midnight Black (Gizmochina, Beebom Gadgets); Sunset Orange / Twilight Red reported for Nepal by 91Mobiles | ## Frequently Asked Questions ### How is Vivo Y32 5G different from Vivo Y32 4G?
